How do I start my membership?

How old do I need to be to become a member?
Those 15 years of age and older can hold a single membership (15-17 year olds must have a parental consent form completed and on file).
How do memberships work?
Once you become a member, you receive a unique door code to enter the facility 24/7. Your code will remain yours to use as long as your membership remains current.
Do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I want to cancel?
No! Once you activate, you pay for the length of time you want to be a member. A reactivation fee applies for lapses memberships.
What if my code does not work?
Most of the time, your membership has lapsed. Please call us as (815) 624-7663 and we will get to the root of the problem.
What are your office hours?
Office hours are unscheduled. Please give us a call about 30 minutes prior to arrival and we will make an effort to meet you there. Otherwise, an appointment can be scheduled.
Do you offer child care?
We do not offer supervised child care, but there is a dedicated room your children can play in while you workout. You are responsible for their supervision.
Can i bring a guest?
A guest can accompany a member for $10 a day. The member must call us prior to arrival. Guest must complete a waiver and put the fee and completed waiver in the dues box.
Do you offer day passes?
Yes! Day passes are available for $15 and for purchase only when we are on site. A waiver must be signed.
Do you have showers?
Yes! We have a shower in both the men’s and women’s restrooms.
